By accessing or using Spotlaiz, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Pre-release status
Spotlaiz may be offered in private, limited, preview, or pre-release form. Features may change, be removed, or be unavailable without notice while the product is being tested and improved.
Use of the service
You agree to use Spotlaiz lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass limits, abuse product workflows, scrape restricted functionality, or compromise the security of the platform.
Accounts, waitlist access, and communications
Access may be limited, delayed, or denied at our discretion. If you submit your email address, you agree that Spotlaiz may contact you regarding waitlist status, product access, and service-related communications.
Generated outputs
Spotlaiz may help you generate content, suggestions, or structured outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use those outputs. You should not rely on generated material as legal, financial, regulatory, or other professional advice.
Intellectual property
Spotlaiz and its underlying software, branding, and product materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service itself.
Service changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Spotlaiz at any time. We may also restrict or terminate access if we believe use violates these terms, creates risk, or harms the service.

Spotlaiz is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spotlaiz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.
